JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the police authorities to provide adequate police protection against the threat made by the party respondents herein.

2. Heard Sri.Bharath Murali, the learned counsel for the petitioner; Smt.Shylaja S.L., the learned Government Pleader; as well as Sri.M.P.Madhavankutty, the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6.

3. This Court, while admitting the writ petition on

23.08.2023, directed the 2nd respondent to ensure that there is no law and order problem in the area.

4. In view of the aforesaid direction, I am of the opinion that the grievance pointed out by the petitioner stands redressed.

Accordingly, this writ petition would stand closed, making the interim order dated 23.08.2023 absolute.
