The learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have decided to implement Ext. P3 order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the Armed Force Tribunal, Regional Bench, Kochi and handed over a copy of the communication dated 05.12.2025 according sanction for implementing the impugned order.

2. In view of the above, this petition does not require consideration and has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
