Dated this the 25th day of February, 2026 In spite of the direction to implead the local SHO, the petitioner has not taken any step to implead the local SHO. The learned counsel for the petititoner is absent. Yesterday also, the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Since the petitioner is from Tamil Nadu, no purpose would be served by impleading his local SHO suo moto by this Court.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed for default.
