JUDGMENT

This Contempt of Court Case is filed alleging violation of the judgment dated 28.02.2024 in WP(C)

No.1091/2024.

2. This Court as per order dated

25.02.2026 in Review Petition No.1070/2024, granted one month time to comply the directions. If that be the case, this contempt case need not be retained here. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that an order is passed by the respondent in violation of the judgment and that is why this contempt case is filed. The petitioner is free to challenge that order, in accordance with law.

Therefore, this Contempt of Court Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, if there is any further violation.
