JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. To issue a writ of certiorari or any other order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext.P6 to the extend it relates to the transfer of the Petitioner from WW Section No II, Thrissur to PH Section Thrithala, Palakkad and quash the same;

ii. To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction directing the respondents to permit the Petitioner to continue in WW Section No II, Thrissur till the general transfer 2026 take place;

iii. Dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular document iv. To grant such other and further reliefs as are just, proper and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P6 to the extent it relates to the transfer of the petitioner from WW Section No.II, Thrissur to PH Section Thrithala, Palakkad. Different contentions are raised by the petitioner in this writ petition. The petitioner submitted Ext.P7 before the 1st respondent. The same also is not considered is the grievance of the petitioner.

Hence this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

4. After hearing both sides, I am of the considered opinion that this writ petition need not be retained here. There can be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P7, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any. All the contentions raised by the petitioner are left open and the petitioner can raise the same before the 1st respondent. The petitioner shall be retained in the present post, till final orders are passed in Ext.P7.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:

1. The 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P7, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

2. The petitioner shall be retained in the post, till final orders are passed in Ext.P7.

3. While deciding the matter, the 1st respondent will consider all the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition.

4. The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment, along with a copy of this Writ Petition with exhibits, before the 1st respondent for compliance.
