JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the 1st respondent for the expeditious consideration of Form 5 application No. 2/2-
23/1002080 and a time bound adjudication on the matter.
ii) Issue such other appropriate writs orders or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
iii) To dispense with the production of translated copies of vernacular documents.” [SIC]
2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Form–5 application No.
2/2023/1002080, within a time frame.
3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think there can be a direction to consider the Form-5 application submitted by the petitioner, within a time frame.
