JUDGMENT
This Original Petition was filed at a point when there was no sitting in the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam since there was no presiding officer.
2. The reliefs sought is for a direction to take up Exhibit P3 stay petition filed in S.A. No.175 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. Exhibit P3 is filed in the year 2021. The reliefs sought for in the writ petition may have become infructuous by passage of time. In such circumstances, the Original Petition is closed with liberty to reopen it, if circumstances warrants.
