The reliefs sought in this O.P (DRT) is to issue appropriate direction to the 1^st respondent to defer the proceedings for a period of 3 weeks enabling the petitioner to move stay petition in S.A 187/2020, pending before the DRT-II Ernakulam.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the Orginal Petition was filed in the year 2021 and till date, the petitioner has not moved any application for stay in the S.A.

In such circumstances, this O.P (DRT) is closed.
