This writ petition has been filed challenging Exhibits P6 and P7 notices issued with respect to the secured asset.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the possession of the secured asset has already been taken by the bank. In view of the matter, the prayers in the Original Petition has become infructuous.

The Original Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
