JUDGMENT

Smt.Dhanya P. Ashokan, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, despite the cheque presented for encashment belatedly, it was dishonoured.

2. It is evident that the petitioners have not approached this Court with bona fides and was only trying to delay the inevitable.

In view of the above, there is no merit in this writ petition and it is dismissed.
