JUDGMENT
The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the third respondent to consider and dispose of his representation submitted as Exhibit-P4.
2. Petitioner contends that he has started construction of a multi-storied building on a property lying adjacent to the Mannar- Veeyapuram PWD road. However, certain constructions made on the road, for protecting the vehicular traffic due to the nature of land in the adjacent property, continue to remain, despite a change in the nature of adjacent property. Those constructions, according to the petitioner, blocks the vehicular traffic and is also a hindrance to the construction being carried out by the petitioner. Pointing out the need to demolish the said constructions on the road, petitioner submitted a representation produced as Exhibit-P4 dated 09.06.2025 before the 3rd respondent. Petitioner contends that the said representation has not been disposed of.
3. Having heard the learned learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction.
4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider
