JUDGMENT
The petitioners are entrepreneurs running small scale industrial units in the land allotted by the 3rd respondent/Society at Koorkenchery Mini Industrial Unit. Alleging that plots belonging to the 3rd respondent/Society are allotted to the same persons, who made applications in benami names, the petitioners preferred Exts.P2 and P6 representations before the third respondent. The petitioners seek consideration of the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, and to stall further allotment pending consideration of Exts.P2 and P6.
2. Learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 has no objection in issuing the afore said directions, as sought for by the petitioners.
3. In the circumstances, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider Exts.P2 and P6 respectively in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners will produce a copy of this judgment before the third respondent, for compliance. Further allotment of plots shall be made by respondents 3 and 4, only after disposal of Exts.P2 and P6.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
