JUDGMENT

The petitioner’s grievance is that the petitioner has title to 3 ares of land, whereas land tax is being accepted only in respect of 2.23 ares. Espousing this grievance, the petitioner preferred Ext.P4 request before the 2^nd respondent/Tahsildar. The petitioner seeks the same to be considered and disposed of expeditiously.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P4 in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2^nd respondent, for compliance. Measurement, if any, required will be undertaken and the petitioner will be afforded an opportunity of being heard, before taking a call in Ext.P4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
