JUDGMENT

The petitioner’s grievance is that the petitioner has title to 3 ares of land, whereas land tax is being accepted only in respect of 2.23 ares. Espousing this grievance, the petitioner preferred Ext.P4 request before the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar. The petitioner seeks the same to be considered and disposed of expeditiously.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P4 in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for compliance. Measurement, if any, required will be undertaken and the petitioner will be afforded an opportunity of being heard, before taking a call in Ext.P4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
