The petitioner absent. There is no representation for the petitioner. The defacto complainant filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct a proper investigation in Crime No. 777 of 2021 by deputing a special investigation team. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instruction submitted that in this case, the investigation is already completed and final report was filed and the case is now pending as CC No. 510 of 2022 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Aluva.
In the light of the above submission, this writ petition became infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
