O R D E R Dated this the 24th day of February, 2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Crl.M.C may be dismissed as withdrawn, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. on the same cause of action as and when the petitioner comes down to India and gets himself enlarged on bail.

2. Recording the above submission and reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C on the same cause of action, provided the petitioner surrenders himself before the Trial Court and get himself enlarged on bail, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to return the original documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner in accordance with law.
