ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous case, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to file a fresh Crl.M.C, after impleading all the injured persons and filing their affidavits of settlement and vakkalats. The said submission is recorded.
In the result, the Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn, by reserving the right of the petitioners to file a fresh Crl.M.C, on the same cause of action after filing the vakkalats and affidavits of all the injured persons.
