JUDGMENT
1. The original writ petitioner in this writ petition died, and thereafter, the children of the original petitioner were impleaded as per order in IA No. 01 of 2025. The petitioners have filed IA No. 02 of 2026 to permit the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition to comply with the terms in Ext.P17, with liberty to approach this Court again, if adverse action contrary to Ext.P17 is taken by the 2nd respondent.
2. Giving such liberty, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
