Dated this the 24th day of February, 2026 The challenge is against the exclusion of Ernakulam District from the domicile of the candidates for selection for Tourist guide training. When the matter was taken up for consideration, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
