IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
P.V.KUNHIKRISHNAN, J
MUHAMMED NAFIH K V – Appellant
Versus
BINI K U – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.VIJAY SANKAR V.H.
For the Respondents: SMT. DEEPA V, GP

JUDGMENT

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the Interim Order passed by this Court dated 17.10.2025 in WP(C) No.38505 of 2025. Admittedly, WP(C) No.38505 of 2025 is pending and that writ petition is to be heard by the same Bench.

2. I am of the considered opinion that, a separate Contempt Case need not be entertained. The petitioner can file a violation petition in the pending writ petition and all the contentions raised by the petitioner are left open. With the above observation this Contempt Case is closed.

The Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, there is a willful negligence on the part of the respondent, that also can be considered if a Violation Petition is filed.
