When this contempt of court case came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the respondent arrayed is not the officer required to comply the directions contained in the judgment dated

20-05-2025 in W.P(C) No.42141 of 2024.

If that is the case, this contempt of court case need not be entertained.

Accordingly, the contempt of court case is closed. The petitioner is free to file a fresh contempt petition arraying the proper party.
