JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the respondents Nos. 2 to 7 to take necessary actions to remove the old tree standing in front of the petitioner’s house in a dangerous stage, at the earliest, at any rate within a time limit as fixed by this Hon’ble Court; ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the respondent No 4 and 7 to complete the proceedings as mentioned in Ext.P4, at the earliest at any rate within a time limit as fixed by this Hon’ble Court;
iii) to dispense with the translation of the documents produced by the petitioner in vernacular language; and iv) pass such other and further orders as are deemed fit and necessary in the interests of justice."

2. According to the petitioner, around 180 year old tree is standing just in front of the petitioner’s house in a dangerous position. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 complaint before the 3rd respondent, and the same is not considered, is the grievance of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed.
