JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction directing the Respondents to consider and pass orders on Exhibit.P12 in the light of Exhibits.P5 and P10 after hearing the Petitioner;
ii. To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents;
iii. To grant such other and further reliefs as are just, proper and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P12 within a time frame.
3. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel appearing for the Panchayat.
4. After hearing both sides, I think, that prayer can be allowed.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
1. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P12 and pass appropriate orders in it, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
