JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"1) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondents to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P5 and P7 representations in view of Exhibit P6 within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
2) And to pass such other appropriate writs, orders or directions which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case so as to secure the ends of justice. "

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider Exts.P5 and P7 in the light of Ext.P6.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
i) The 1st respondent is directed to consider Exts.P5 and P7, and pass appropriate orders in it, after giving an opportunity of hearing to a representative of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
