JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or order directing the Respondents to restore the TC No. 18/203 in Punnakkamugal ward if it has been cancelled and allot new TC Number and grant licence to conduct the pan shop considering the Exhibit P5.
ii. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or order directing the Respondents to grant licence to the Petitioner or conducting the Pan Shop in TC No. 18/203 or in the new TC allotted to him in his shop.
iii. Such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may be deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case.

2. Petitioner was conducting a pan shop and according to the petitioner, he was forced to close down the same. Now the petitioner want to renew the licence issued to the pan shop.
The petitioner submitted Ext.P5 before the 2nd respondent. The same is not considered is the grievance.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation.
4. After hearing both sides, I think there can be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P5 with notice to the petitioner.
