JUDGMENT

The learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that, a Division Bench of this Court dismissed the appeal filed by the State against enhancement in a connected matter. She handed over a copy of the judgment dated 20.06.2025 in L.A.A No.164 of 2020.

As the Division Bench of this Court has already repelled the challenge against enhancement, this appeal is also dismissed following the judgment in L.A.A No.164 of 2020.
