JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for a direction to the Munsiff Court I, Cherthala to consider and dispose of Exts.P9 & P9(a)

applications expeditiously.

2. A report was called for from the Judicial Officer. A report has been received stating that Exts.P9 & P9(a) were filed by the petitioners on 19.01.2026 and all efforts will be taken to hear and dispose of the same after the objections are filed by the decree holder.

In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of directing the Additional Munsiff Court, Cherthala to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 & P9(a) after the decree holders file their objections, at the earliest, at any rate within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Coercive steps shall be kept in abeyance till the disposal of Exts.P9 & P9(a).
