The relief sought in this writ petition is for a declaration that the petitioner is the lawful claimant in respect of the amount covered under Ext.P5 and for a direction to expedite Ext.P6 and release the amount covered under Ext.P5 to the petitioner. 2. The learned Senior Counsel for the respondent submits that the Company has accepted the claim and that an amount of Rs.15 lakhs was released to the petitioner on
10.02.2026.
Therefore, the claim being satisfied, recording the submission, this writ petition is closed.
