JUDGMENT

The original petition has been filed seeking early disposal of O.S.No.222 of 2023 pending before the Munsiff Court, Kothamangalam. This Court had called for a report. A report has been received stating that the suit can be disposed of before 31.03.2026.

In view of the report, this original petition is disposed of directing the Munsiff Court, Kothamangalam to try and dispose of OS.No.222 of 2023, at the earliest, at any rate before 10.04.2026.
