O R D E R

The Transfer Petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.P. No.2239 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Nedumangad.

2. The respondent has entered appearance and filed a counter affidavit. It is submitted that the transfer application has been filed after the trial had begun.

3. The reasons stated in the transfer petition is that O.P. No.1364 of 2023 is pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad. It is also stated that the petitioner is taking care of the child born in the wedlock. Since the trial had already begun, I do not find any reason to order transfer of the proceedings.

In the above circumstances, this Transfer Petition fails and the same is dismissed.
