The Court determines the insufficiency of arguments under the Limitation Act for reviewing a prior dismissal.

Headnote:The High Court reviewed the petition challenging the dismissal of a prior appeal, under the Limitation Act, 1963, and determined that the application for condonation of delay was insufficient. The Court articulated that the petitioner's arguments were dismissed as unconvincing. The Review Petition was consequently dismissed.

This Review Petition is filed challenging the order of this Court in W.A.No.858/2024 dated 09.12.2024. Along with the Review Petition, the petitioner has also filed a petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act , 1963.

We have passed a detailed order dismissing the application for condonation of delay (C.M.A.No.1 of 2025). Consequently, the Review Petition is also dismissed.
