JUDGMENT

A compromise petition is filed by the appellant to record the compromise between the parties.

2. In the light of the compromise petition filed in I.A No.2 of 2026, the R.F.A stands disposed of and the compromise petition shall form part of the judgment. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the appellant will be entitled for refund of the court fee paid. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed.

The Registry may refund the court fee on usual terms.
