Dated, this the 26th day of February, 2026 Though this petition has been filed as a review petition, in fact, as per the judgment dated 20.03.2025, this Court dismissed the appeal as abated for non- impleadment of the legal heirs of the appellants. Now, it is submitted that one among the appellant is alive. Therefore, on impleading the legal heirs of the first review petitioner, the appeal required to be re-admitted back to the files, after setting aside the abatement, for hearing on merits.

2. Thus, in the interest of justice, the R.F.A.No.

139 of 2014 is re-admitted back to the files after setting aside the abatement.

This petition is allowed as indicated above.
