This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.1 in Crime No.15/2026 of Kilimanoor Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 281 , 125(a), 125(b), 105, 238 and 249 read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023, Sections 134 (A) and 134(B) of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988 and (1)(2) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act , 1984.

04.01.2026 at about 3 p.m., the applicant drove Mahindra Thar Jeep bearing Registration No. KL-01/CR-4224 along the Kilimanoor - Nilamel public road in a rash and negligent manner, endangering human life, and when the vehicle reached near the petrol pump at Pappala, it caused to hit a motorcycle bearing Registration No. KL-16/Y-6279 proceeding in front of the jeep, which
