ORDER

Dated, this the 27th day of February, 2026 This Crl. L.P. has been filed challenging the verdict in S.T. No. 1848/2016 dated 22.03.2024 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - III, North Paravur.

2. During the pendency of this Criminal Leave Petition, the parties were referred to mediation and as per the memorandum of agreement entered into between them on 09.02.2026, the matter has been settled in terms of the conditions attached thereof. A copy of the mediation report is placed on record by the learned counsel appearing for both sides and submitted that the original of the same had been produced in connected C.R.P. No. 287 of 2023.

Crl. L.P. No. 6 of 2026 In view of the above submission, this Crl. L.P. is disposed of, in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 09.02.2026 and the copy of the same produced before this Court will form part of this order.
