JUDGMENT
(Dated this the 27th day of February, 2026)
The limited relief sought in this OP (DRT) is for a direction to dispose of S.A. No. 637 of 2024 pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Ernakulam within a time frame.
2. A report was called for from the Tribunal and a report dated 16.02.2026 has been received, wherein it is stated that the S.A. was listed before the Presiding Officer on 25.06.2025 and had posted this matter on 24.04.2026 for final hearing in the S.A. The Tribunal requires two months’ time for disposal of the said Securitisation Application.
3. In view of the above, this Original Petition is disposed of directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Ernakulam to dispose of S.A. No. 637 of 2024 on or before 30.06.2026.
The Original Petition stands disposed of.
