JUDGMENT

The limited relief sought in this OP (DRT) is for a direction to dispose of S.A. No. 627 of 2024 pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Ernakulam within a time frame.
2. A report was called for from the Tribunal and a report dated 17.02.2026 has been received, wherein it is stated that two months’ time is required from 18.03.2026 for disposal of the said Securitisation Application.
3. In view of the above, this Original Petition is disposed of directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Ernakulam to dispose of S.A. No. 627 of 2024 on or before 31.05.2026.
The Original Petition stands disposed of.
