Dated 27th day of February 2026 JUDGMENT The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the disposal of Ext.P4 representation filed by the petitioner for availing one time settlement facility.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank points out that in Ext.P4, the petitioner has not made any specific mention indicating the amount proposed to be paid under the One Time Settlement. It is submitted that only a period of six months has been sought without specifying the settlement amount. It is further submitted that the Bank is unable to consider such an application in the absence of a concrete proposal. Any application seeking One Time Settlement shall clearly specify the amount proposed to be paid as well as the time frame within which the said amount will be remitted.

3.If the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh application for One Time Settlement with a concrete proposal, the same shall be filed within a period of one week from today. Upon receipt of such application, the respondent Bank shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks thereafter, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
