Dated 27th day of February 2026 JUDGMENT The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents to stop all further proceedings pursuant on Ext-P4 notice against the petitioner’s vehicle bearing Reg. No. KL-26M-4285, and permit him to repay the overdue amount and regularize the loan account;
2. Grant such other reliefs to the petitioner, as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice and
3. Dispense with the translation of the document produced in the vernacular language.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner undertakes to remit the overdue amount of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees Fifty-Five Thousand only)
within a period of one week from today.
