JUDGMENT

Petitioner has sought for the following main reliefs :-

(i) To issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction, directing the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to permit the petitioner to attend the Seventh Semester B.Pharm Degree Classes.

(ii) To issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P4 application submitted by the petitioner.

2. The learned Standing Counsel, upon instructions submitted that pursuant to Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioners, orders have already been issued by the Board of Adjudication of Student Grievances. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the order. Needless to mention that the respondent University shall furnish a copy of the order to the petitioner, at the earliest.
