JUDGMENT

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P1 complaint filed by him before the

1st respondent in a time bound manner.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the 1st respondent has been replaced by the additional 5th respondent.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent, the learned Government Pleader and also the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

4. Since the limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to dispose of Ext. P1 petition, which appears to have been filed before the erstwhile 1st respondent, this writ petition can be disposed of by issuing a direction, subject to the condition that the petitioner furnishes a fresh copy of Ext. 5. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the competent officer of the 5th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within an outer period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment on condition that a fresh copy of Ext.P1 complaint shall be submitt
