The accused persons 1 to 3 in Crime No.780 of 2022 of Perumpetty Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for quashing the FIR against them.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that, in this case, the police had already completed the investigation and filed final report on 31.03.2024 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Thiruvalla.

In the above circumstance, this Crl.M.C became infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report.
