O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.2 in Crime No.766/2025 of Kottakkal Police Station, Malappuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section 22 (c) read with Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 24.09.2025, the inspector seized 10.410 grams of methamphetamine from the possession of accused No.1 and thereafter, when the detecting inspector questioned accused No.1 while in custody, he disclosed the concealment of methamphetamine in his room, and as led by him, the detecting officer recovered 104.55 grams of methamphetamine from the building with door No.30/154 in the possession of the accused No.1. It is further alleged that it was the applicant who supplied the contraband to accused No.1.
