The Preliminary Report filed by the Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KELSA) in compliance with our previous order is taken on record. The said report has elaborately stated the monitoring mechanism adopted in the implementation of the SOP. The KELSA shall closely monitor the implementation of the SOP in the manner as suggested in paragraph 4 of the report dated 9.3.2026.
