J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to cut and remove the trees belonging to the 3rd respondent, which were allegedly causing danger to the petitioner's life and property.

2. Sri. N. Rajesh, the learned counsel for the Panchayat, on the basis of the instructions received, would point out that the trees in the property of the 3rd respondent have already been cut and removed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, especially since the dispute is between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, who are stated to be brothers, the writ petition stands closed, recording the submission made as above by the learned counsel for the Panchayat. However, the right of the petitioner to approach this Court again is left open, if necessity arises.
