The petitioner is the 4th accused in Crime No.793 of 2022 registered by the Guruvayoor Police Station, Thrissur, alleging that the accused persons in the above crime have committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and
420 of the Indian Penal Code .
2. The petitioner has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Case to quash Annexure A1 FIR and all further proceedings in the above crime on the assertion that, even if the allegations in the FIR are taken on their face value, the same would not attract the offences alleged against the petitioner.
