This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-

arrest bail.

2. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been filed. Hence, the prayer sought in the application for pre-arrest bail has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is dismissed as infructuous.
