JUDGMENT

Pending the appeal, the matter was referred for mediation to the District Mediation Centre, Kollam, and the Mediator has filed a report saying that the parties have settled the dispute and produced the copy of the agreement entered between the parties before the Mediator.

Taking note of the settlement entered between the parties before the Mediator, this appeal stands disposed of. The agreement of settlement executed by the parties before the Mediator shall form part of this judgment.
