The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this revision petition need not be continued since the de facto complainant, who filed the petition, is not interested in proceeding with the matter. It is further submitted that a memo to the effect that the revision petition is not pressed, has been filed.

In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the revision petition stands closed.
