The above contempt of court case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.01.2026 in WP(C) No.22780/2025. The writ petition is admittedly pending before this Court. The writ petition is to be heard by the same Bench. In such circumstances, the petitioner can file a violation petition in the writ petition itself. All the contentions raised by the petitioner in this contempt case are left open and the petitioner is free to file a petition in the pending writ petition.
Granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition in the pending writ petition, this Contempt of Court case is closed. Sd/-
