This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.1019 of 2021 of Njarakkal Police Station, Ernakulam. The petitioner stands arrayed as an accused therein alleged of having committed offences punishable under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children Act), 2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Adv.T.E.Ismail, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous, and that his client is not intending to pursue the same any further.

Recording the said submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
